After making an appointment with our reception staff, you will be welcomed and invited to supply a few personal details for our records.
A consultation will then take place with your chosen therapist where you will have the chance to describe your symptoms, and if it’s an injury you are suffering from, the circumstances of that injury.
An examination will follow and at its conclusion the therapist will share their findings with you and the proposed form of treatment. This is all carried out in a friendly and professional way but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service you have received and don't wish to continue with us, you will not be charged for this session.
We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with this first visit you will pay nothing.
