If you have been feeling stiff, sluggish or simply out of rhythm after the festive season this is an excellent place to begin. The Ten Minute Reset wakes up the key muscle groups, improves circulation and encourages better movement patterns. No kit required and suitable for all levels.
One minute each
- Marching on the spot
- Steady bodyweight squats
- Controlled standing knee lifts
- Gentle press ups against a wall or worktop
- Wide arm circles
Repeat the sequence once to make a full ten minutes.
