I went on a recent excellent 2-day course. I could precis the content in the following sentence ‘success and happiness in life is an inside job’. What I mean by this is that we are often dictated to by our circumstances and the outside world. I think the truth is that our quality of life is dictated by the quality of our thinking and daily habits.
So, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and emotional wellbeing are controlled by our thinking, motivation, and ‘state’. The process for changing these is called NLP and some of the techniques are based around this scientific technology.
